“Salamander Guest House strikes me as the kind of place where the host knows the best spots in town, and happily shares them. It's the little things, like the tea and biscuits in the room, and the easy walk to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, that make it more than just a bed for the night. What stands out is the welcoming atmosphere, which suggests a personal touch often lost in larger hotels.”
